Using the service

You may browse public records without an account. Contributor accounts require an age of at least 16, accurate registration information and responsible use of the service.

Contributions

You must have the right to submit contributed material. Eligible record content accepted for publication is dedicated under CC0 1.0 as explained in the Contribution Policy.

Community conduct

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful material. We may review, reject, hide, suspend or remove content and accounts to protect the service and its users.

Availability

The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or factual completeness. Verification confirms authority or identity, not automatic accuracy.
